MILITARY SERVICE ACT, 1917

CERTIFICATE OF PROTECTION

This is to certify that on November 11th, 1918, the authorized holder of this certificate whose name, address, and signature appear hereon, was in good standing under the Military Service Act, 1917, on the records of the udnernoted Registrar. This certificate when properly completed will be accepted as evidence of good standing in lieu of all certificates of exemption previously issued to him. It may be revoked at any time by proper authority.
